Dear NCPEA Member:
I am pleased to announce that for the fourth year, the North Carolina Police Executives Association has teamed with SunGard / OSSI to offer the SunGard / OSSI College Scholarship Program. This scholarship opportunity is available to dependents of all active or life members of the North Carolina Police Executives Association (NCPEA), and to all dependents of NCPEA members killed in the line of duty.
Any dependent that is enrolled in an undergraduate program at a North Carolina two-year or four-year institution in the fall of 2008 is eligible to receive a scholarship. The minimum award granted to successful scholarship applicants will be $500.
The application and additional details about the SunGard / OSSI Scholarship may be found on the Association’s web page at www.ncpea.org. Applications will be accepted between February 1 and March 31, 2008. Recipients will be notified by June 1, 2008.
